Service Coordinator
Job Description The Service Coordinator role is responsible for scheduling and dispatching technicians, handling customer inquiries, and coordinating service visits from startups to repairs and maintenance. It includes tracking technician time, managing job communication, invoicing and billing, assisting with AP/AR, and overseeing warranty administration and parts orders. Skills and Requirements - High School Diploma or GED - Minimum 3 years of related experience in the mechanical, electrical, or plumbing service field, with a strong preference for HVAC background - Must be bilingual in Spanish - Comfortable working in a fast-paced service environment with strong customer service skills
