We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Dispatch Coordinator to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing service requests, dispatching technicians efficiently, and supporting the service department with administrative tasks. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy problem-solving, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Coordinate and dispatch service technicians to client locations based on priority and availability.
+ Monitor and track service call statuses and technician schedules.
+ Communicate with clients to confirm appointments and provide updates on technician arrival times.
+ Maintain accurate records of service calls, technician assignments, and client communications.
+ Collaborate with the service team to optimize scheduling and resource allocation.
+ Resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure timely service delivery.
+ Provide general administrative support to the service department.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
+ Proficiency in dispatch operations and scheduling systems.
+ Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
+ Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or Account Manager.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $60000.00/yr.
