This position is responsible for creating compliant agreements, identifying new business opportunities, optimizing contract performance, and fostering service sales, while aligning technical solutions with customer needs and the company’s strategic objectives. **Essential duties and responsibilities:** + Ensure compliance with Johnson & Johnson CREDO, as well as Quality, Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental policies. + Maintain physical and digital records in accordance with regulatory and procedural requirements. + Manage company-provided resources (laptop, mobile phone, vehicle, and tools). + Develop and update service contracts, ensuring adherence to required standards. + Automate processes within the area using digital tools for quoting and contract management. + Prospect and explore new opportunities to expand the service portfolio. + Present the benefits of service contracts by aligning proposals with customer needs. + Foster service sales in collaboration with the commercial team, acting as a strategic partner to increase market penetration. + Work closely with the Finance/Pricing team to ensure price reviews and updates, maintaining competitiveness and profitability. + Support technical feasibility analysis for new service contracts and participate in complex negotiations. + Monitor and analyze the performance of existing service contracts, identifying improvement opportunities. + Implement KPIs/Dashboards to measure efficiency and customer satisfaction. + Lead and coordinate regional projects as needed to achieve business objectives. + Perform additional tasks as required by the business. **Essential knowledge and skills:** + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. + Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in contract management, pricing, or technical service operations. + Experience working with ERP/CRM systems and digital tools for contract automation. + Advanced English + Spanish (Desirable) **Core competencies required for this role:** + **Technical:** Contract management, pricing strategies, basic financial analysis, automation tools (POWER BI, ERP, CRM, quoting platforms). + **Behavioral:** Negotiation, clear communication, results orientation, analytical thinking. + **Regulatory:** Knowledge of compliance, corporate policies, and applicable legislation. **Required Skills:** **Preferred Skills:** Analytical Reasoning, Customer Acquisition Strategy, Customer Centricity, Customer Effort Score, Customer Intelligence, Customer Journey Mapping, Customer Retentions, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Success Management (CSM), Execution Focus, Give Feedback, Leverages Information, Organizational Knowledge, Problem Solving, Sales Enablement, Sales Support, Service Excellence
