Service Contract Claims Administrator
Kornerstone, a subsidiary of Garff Enterprises, Inc., is a rapidly growing automotive consulting & administrative services firm. We provide aftermarket products and services to car dealerships nationwide. We are looking for a detail-oriented and methodical Service Contract Claims Administrator who will continue our legacy of exceptional service for clients in a fast-paced environment. Required Skills: + Automotive repair knowledge (general to excellent) + Superior phone, communication, and customer relation skills, including conflict resolution + Problem-solving, both independent and collaborative + Computer proficiency. Reynolds and Reynolds and/or Tekion experience is a plus + Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks + Complete honesty and integrity *Spanish-speaking ability is a BIG plus! Job Description: The Service Contract Claims Administrator will perform the following: + Claims processing and service contract support (primary) + Receive, organize, and review service contract claims + Approve payments for network and non-network claims + Phone support (primary) + Receive and process phone calls, faxes, and emails from repair shops, contract holders, accounting offices, F&I offices + Handle customer complaints and other inquiries + Reporting and analysis (secondary) + Report monthly claims data to appropriate departments + Analyze claims data for trends and controls + Participate in underwriting for contract pricing as needed + Other tasks as assigned #INDOTHER
