We are looking for a detail-oriented and methodical Service Contract Claims Administrator who will continue our legacy of exceptional service for clients in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills:
Automotive repair knowledge (general to excellent)Superior phone, communication, and customer relation skills, including conflict resolutionProblem-solving, both independent and collaborativeComputer proficiency. Reynolds and Reynolds and/or Tekion experience is a plusOrganizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasksComplete honesty and integrity*Spanish-speaking ability is a BIG plus!
Job Description:
The Service Contract Claims Administrator will perform the following:
Claims processing and service contract support (primary)Receive, organize, and review service contract claimsApprove payments for network and non-network claimsPhone support (primary)Receive and process phone calls, faxes, and emails from repair shops, contract holders, accounting offices, F&I officesHandle customer complaints and other inquiriesReporting and analysis (secondary)Report monthly claims data to appropriate departmentsAnalyze claims data for trends and controlsParticipate in underwriting for contract pricing as needed
