Work will be performed near La Crosse, WI !** **Job Summary:** _As a Service Communication Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in expediting the collection of information related to HVAC quality or product issues across multiple teams. You will leverage a variety of tools and methods to ensure process excellence, effectively communicating technical resolution information to our field service organization. Your efforts will enable the swift resolution of issues, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency._ **_What you will do:_** _·_ _Gather and document details related to quality and product field issue resolutions._ _·_ _Develop and disseminate technical quality resolution publications._ _·_ _Generate and maintain lists of impacted units._ _·_ _Implement continuous improvements for communication documents, processes, and tools._ _·_ _Maintain and update distribution lists for publications._ _·_ _Manage standard work procedures, SharePoint sites, setups, and templates._ _·_ _Provide status updates for mandatory retrofit compliance._ _·_ _Ensure part setup and availability for resolution implementation._ _·_ _Coordinate mailings related to resolutions._ _·_ _Collaborate with various internal teams, including plant quality, engineering, product management, field quality, customer quality, technical support, field service, literature, SMART Services, and aftermarket support teams_ **_._** **_What you will bring:_** _·_ _Associate degree preferred; relevant technical quality experience may be considered in lieu of a degree._ _·_ _Highly detail-oriented, organized, responsible, and dependable._ _·_ _Demonstrated project management skills._ _·_ _Proven expertise in process improvement._ _·_ _Effective communication skills (written & verbal)._ _·_ _Knowledge of Trane HVAC products is preferred._ _·_ _Proficient in both independent work and team collaboration._ _·_ _Experience with Microsoft Office programs, including SharePoint, Teams, Word, Outlook, and Excel, is preferred._ **Compensation:  **   Base Pay Range: $54,000-$100,000 Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages.
