Develops associates’ skills and encourages growthDevelops, initiates, and maintains communication updates to the Service Cnter teamOrganizes mentors within the Service Center team for new employeesProvides leadership, guidance and solutions for exceptions and sensitive customer situations.Assists with interviewing/selecting candidates for the Service CenterCoordinates and assists in conducting monthly team meetingsCreates on-going product and service training specific to the departmentDevelops and maintains training and support materials to assist team members with daily responsibilities.Collaborates with Service Banker II’s on continuous improvement initiativesMaintains strong communications with the Service Center Managing Officer on progress, problems and situations encounteredActively participates in community events to demonstrate support for MWO culturePerforms other duties based on department traffic and needs. Qualifications High school degree or equivalent with some related work experience.Banking or financial instituition experience required. The Perks! The Service Center Trainer leads training for the Service Banker team. The Service Center Trainer acts as a “go-to” for Service Bankers to ensure training needs are met. The hours for this position are expected to align with the department’s primary open hours Monday through Friday.
