Job DescriptionThis position supports the Bosch Service Center through customer contact, data-entry and inventory management in order to provide quality customer satisfaction.
Customer Service and Sales:
Communicate constantly and professionally with customers via phone and/or face to face at counter to assess needs and resolve issues.Provide pricing, part numbers, availability, invoicing and tracking information, and other information to the Customer as required.Take orders and sell parts and accessories via phone, email, and over the counter, including cash and/or credit card transactions.Complete accurate claim checks when tools are dropped by customer. Enter tool data into computer system, which drives shipping, repair and credit order documentation, maintain customer contact database.Communicate estimates to customers and process responses. Document customer issues and resolutions as required. Print delivery notes after tool is repaired in preparation for customer pickup.Contact customer for credit card payment of all chargeable repairs, when repairs are completed for pickup, tracking multiple tools per customer per claim check.Reconcile daily reports with payments taken and repairs posted. Process credits if necessary.Release orders/credits to warehouse for picking or put-away.Process orders including no charge replacement orders if qualified (batteries, chargers, flashlights, defective parts, 12 volt tools), and Return Not Repaired (R&R) physically and in computer system, send to shipping.Print weekly audit reports.Trouble-shoot and resolve administrative errors. Research information using multiple portals and systems.Open and close facility as necessary.Warehouse Ops:
Receive transfer stock via UPS, Fed Ex, LTL.Verify and confirm the accuracy of the order compared to documentation.Prepare and package merchandise and customer tools for shipping.Load / unload to receive and sort merchandise, customer tools, and supplies.Receive and verify goods delivered against packing documentation.Store merchandise to appropriate shelf / bin.Monitor shared site email account for tool receipt and customer notes.Enter/Scan data into REMAS and the UPS/FedEx system for shipment processing.Process incoming customer tool repairs into REMASTrack shipping supply inventory and communicate needs as requiredUse documentation or customer request to determine what and how much inventory to pick. Pull inventory and customer tools from shelf or bin locations and deliver respective part to technician for repair, customer for counter pick-up, or shipping dept. to ship to customer.Miscellaneous Duties as Assigned (i.e. new hire training, 5S, housekeeping, CIP, Special Projects as assigned by supervisor).

The U.S. pay rate range for this full-time position is $22.78 to $25.48 an hour. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.
