Key Responsibilities:
Always maintain confidentiality of company and customer informationInspect service repair orders and parts invoices for accuracy and completenessReconcile repair orders and ensure proper documentationCalculate charges for materials, labor, taxes, and warranty as applicableCollect payments (cash, check, or authorized charge) and provide receipts/change Document charge purchases per office policies Complete accounting sections of repair orders as directedAccumulate and submit all closed repair orders and invoices daily Handle and account for daily cash transactionsReturn customer keys upon payment and direct them to their vehiclesAnswer service department calls, transfer appropriately, and take messages when needed
