**Service Business Analyst**
In this role, you have the opportunity to help the UK&I Services & Solutions Delivery (SSD) organization optimize their performance, through meaningful financial analysis and decision support.
You are responsible for
+ Analyze complex service operations data to identify performance trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities, supporting strategic decision-making with advanced analytics.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, finance, customer support) to align objectives and ensure effective execution of service performance strategies.
+ Monitor and interpret KPIs to assess productivity, operational effectiveness, and customer satisfaction, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.
+ Design and implement data-driven service improvement initiatives to enhance performance, scalability, and operational excellence.
+ Evaluate end-to-end service processes and workflows to optimize efficiency and customer outcomes.
+ Present analytical insights and recommendations to senior leadership through clear, data-backed reporting.
+ Maintain documentation, ensure regulatory compliance, manage risk mitigation, and support audit readiness.
+ Support and track large-scale improvement programs, escalating critical issues when necessary to protect service integrity and business objectives.
**You are a part of**
You are part of the Services & Solutions Delivery (SSD) organization within Market UK&I. The Operations Analyst SSD reports to the Head of SSD UK&I with a dotted line to the HS Finance BP Market UK&I.
**To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience**
+ Bachelor or Masters degree in Business Economics, Finance and or Accounting orientated study
+ Willingness to pursue CIMA qualification
+ Experience in data/ finance/analytical / commercial poiitions
+ Some financial experience, including solid business controlling, FP&A and A&IC knowledge, at least part of which in a commercial environment
+ Ability to understand and explain impact of (market) developments on business results and ability to translate into financial consequences
+ Good analytical skills
+ Convincing communication and stakeholder management skills
+ Continuous improvement mindset and knowledge of LEAN methodology
+ Good understanding of relevant tools and systems (SAP, EFR, VIPP)
