Service BDC Manager Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the Service Business Development Center (BDC) team, ensuring optimal performance and productivity. Oversee all aspects of the BDC operations, including customer inquiries, appointment scheduling, outbound follow-ups, and customer satisfaction. Develop and implement strategies to maximize customer engagement and retention. Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to streamline processes and ensure efficient handling of customer requests and concerns. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and achieve departmental goals. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in automotive service BDC operations. Conduct regular training sessions for BDC staff to enhance their product knowledge, customer service skills, and overall performance.
