Mercedes-Benz of Manchester, part of the rapidly growing Group 1 Automotive family, is looking to add a Service Business Development Center (BDC) Agent to our Service Team.

Responsibilities and Duties

Efficient and accurate work in accordance with dealership and factory standards

Maintain an organized areaAnswering switchboard phonesSoft transferring incoming callsCommunicate directly with service advisors, and clients regarding the status of the service workGeneral computer tasksRespond to incoming client request emailsFollow up with clients after serviceFiling (Service Repair Orders, Parts Counter Tickets, Car Deal Files, and Hard Copies)Adhere to our values: Integrity, Transparency, Professionalism and TeamworkAppointment schedulingRegular attendance consistent with company attendance policyQualificationsAuto dealership Internet or Business Development Center (BDC) experience is a plus!Superior communication and customer service skillsSolid working knowledge of the InternetMaintaining a positive, can-do attitudeHigh School Diploma or equivalent
