Responsibilities:

Receive inbound service callsContact present customers (phone, email) to maintain and improve customer loyaltyDevelop pipeline of service opportunity leads through networking, cold calling, and referralsCustomer Satisfaction follow up callsAppointment confirmations and remindersMissed appointment follow upDeclined services follow upAny additional duties assigned by managerStay up to date on active service specials and ongoing Honda manufacture recallsProperly inform and advise customers on what to expect with their service appointmentsOutstanding Customer Service

Qualifications:

Auto dealership Internet or Business Development Center (BDC) experience is a plus!Superior communication and customer service skillsSolid working knowledge of the InternetMaintaining a positive, can-do attitudeHigh School Diploma or equivalent

The pay for this position is $16.20  -  $18.00/hr. based on experience.
