What You Will Do

Serve as the first point of contact for service customers—via phone, text, email, and online inquiriesSchedule service appointments and manage the dealership’s service drive calendarProvide exceptional customer care by answering questions, offering updates, and ensuring a smooth service experiencePerform outbound calls for follow-ups, appointment reminders, and maintenance campaignsSupport the service team with administrative tasks, data entry, and customer communication trackingMaintain a high level of product and service knowledge to represent the Land Rover brand professionally

What We Are Looking For

Previous dealership BDC, call center, or customer service experience preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent phone etiquette and a positive, professional demeanorAbility to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environmentComfortable with computer systems, CRM tools, and scheduling softwareTeam-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
