Service BDC Administrator Needed at Priority Toyota Chesapeake!

Priority Toyota Chesapeake is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Service BDC Administrator to join our growing team. As part of Lithia & Driveway, one of the largest automotive retail groups in the nation, you’ll have access to industry-leading resources, training, and opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound service calls and schedule customer appointments

Provide timely follow-up with service customers for reminders and updates

Assist the service department with administrative tasks and record keeping

Maintain an organized and professional customer service experience

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn dealership software

Customer service experience preferred, but not required
