Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and responsible individual to join our Service BDC team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting, handling a high volume of inbound calls, text messages, and emails while also managing outbound contacts. This role is pivotal in maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring smooth operations within the dealership.
Key Responsibilities:
Inbound and Outbound Communication: Efficiently manage a high volume of inbound calls, text messages, and emails, providing accurate information and addressing customer inquiries with confidence. Handle outbound contacts as necessary.Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for our service department, ensuring all customer needs and preferences are met.Customer Interaction: Serve as the first point of contact for most customers, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.Warranty Information: Answer questions regarding vehicle warranties, campaigns, recalls, and services. Learn and retain detailed warranty information to provide accurate responses.Multi-tasking: Use multiple computer software and websites simultaneously to assist customers and manage appointments.Team Collaboration: Work efficiently in a true team setting, communicating effectively with peers, supervisors, and management.Attention to Detail: Maintain strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency to assist customers promptly and follow through with tasks.Positive Attitude: Exhibit a positive attitude, reliability, and punctuality.
