Empower Mobility Solutions – Service and Repair Technician
PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Service and Repair Technician to support the configuration and deployment of handheld mobility devices in a dynamic lab environment. This is a hands-on opportunity for individuals with technical skills and a passion for process improvement and customer satisfaction.
About the Role
As a Service and Repair Technician, you will be responsible for configuring and deploying handheld devices, while supporting continuous improvement initiatives and cross-departmental collaboration. You’ll work in a fast-paced lab environment where precision, urgency, and teamwork are key.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and deploy handheld mobility devices for customer use.
Support the HEM Configuration and Depot process.
Participate in lab-based continuous improvement efforts focused on reducing variation, cycle time, and cost.
Be available for rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays if needed.
Collaborate across departments and assist other teams as required.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail and urgency in all tasks.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience configuring and repairing mobility devices or related equipment.
Strong mechanical and technical skills.
Knowledge of assistive technology and mobility device standards.

Pay Details: $18.50 per hour
