**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Overall responsibility of Depot service job execution and completion. + Coordinate with customers for material dispatch by providing return material authorization & adhering to document compliance like safety data sheet, Decontamination certificate etc + Receive customer devices /troubleshoot/Get approval / Repair / Calibration / Send quotes & material dispatch with proper documentation. + Ensure all execution of services in accordance with Emerson Standard procedures and all operations are carried out within time schedule. + Prepare detailed testing & inspection report and after final repairs, generate calibration & test reports.Get acceptance from customers after completion of each job. + Promptly respond to customers’ queries and complaints, escalate to support teams as & when necessary and ensure that corrective action is taken at the fastest possible time. + Ensure Emerson Quality Management System and Procedures / Work Instructions are followed, and standards are maintained. + Provide technical assistance and support to Field engineers & customers On-demand basis. + Keep up to date with industry developments, knowledge of new services and products offered by Emerson. Maintain technical awareness of new technology. + Maintain service job data / reports / back-up in the servers / one drive. + Active participation in ISO audits and its documentation. **Who You Are:** + Able to use your technical skills to do the job to achieve customer satisfaction. You act quickly and critically in constantly fast paced and unexpected situations **For This Role, You Will Need:** + Knowledge of basic theory of Pressure, temperature, Radar Level measurements. + Good knowledge of electronics & its components and some basic troubleshooting methods of electronics. + Knowledge on Products trouble shooting like Pressure transmitters, Temperature and Level devices. + Knowledge of various communication protocols like HART, Foundation Fieldbus, WI-Hart wireless, Profibus, RS485 etc **Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:** + Bachelor in Electronics or Instrumentation Engineering with minimum 2 years of work experience. **Our Offer To You:** By joining Emerson, you will be given the opportunity to make a difference through the work you do.
