Job Description

As a Service Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of assets, specifically laptops—from procurement through deployment, maintenance, recovery, and secure disposal. This role ensures accurate tracking, compliance, and optimization of hardware resources across the organization.

ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end lifecycle of hardware assets including laptops, desktops, peripherals, and mobile devices.Coordinate procurement, deployment, maintenance, recovery, and disposal processes using platforms like ServiceNow.Maintain accurate asset records and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.Conduct regular audits and generate cleanup reports to ensure data integrity.Support daily asset deployment and recovery activities.Track incidents and tasks such as RITMs and SCTASKs, and manage inventory levels.Collaborate with ITAM, EUC, and Service Desk teams to ensure smooth operations.Assist staff in understanding ITAM processes and tools.Promote internal best practices and ServiceNow learning initiatives.Interface with vendors for repairs, upgrades, and procurement.Collaborate with stakeholders to align asset strategies with business needs.Essential SkillsStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Functional knowledge of Apple and Windows operating systems.Additional Skills & QualificationsProficiency in Microsoft Office.Ability to follow work instructions.Commitment to a 4-week assignment.Work Environment

This is an on-site role located at 701 Fee Fee Road, Maryland Heights, MO. The standard working hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break. A laptop will be provided by the organization.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
