The Service Ambassador creates a warm and welcoming environment in the lobby by smiling, greeting visitors by name, and learning about guests. Shares important information. Coordinates a fond farewell celebrating discharge patients.  Answers phones with cheerful, warm greetings. Answers basic center and business office questions; escalates as needed to appropriate person. Processes and distributes the center’s incoming and outgoing mail. Prepares, copies and mails administrative correspondence. Performs other duties as necessary for the successful operation of the center.
