The role:
Are you passionate about making a significant impact for both our organization and customers? As the Service and Aftermarket Project Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving enhanced collaboration and alignment between two of our critical business functions. Your work will directly influence customer outcomes and the way we deliver value across our Services business.
In this highly visible and influential position, you will spearhead new and ongoing projects that bridge Service and Aftermarket, foster innovation, and optimize results for our customers and business. By leading cross-functional teams and driving continuous improvement through RIE’s and project based work, you’ll help shape Trane Technologies’ legacy as an industry leader in sustainability and operational excellence.
This role reports to the Portfolio Director for Smart Service Products, with a dotted line to the Supply Business Organization.

Where is the work:
From Monday to Thursday, work onsite with your colleagues. On Fridays, choose your work location, balancing what your work requires
What you will do:
Drive strategic alignment between Service and Supply, resulting in measurably improved customer outcomes.
Champion continuous improvement initiatives, applying Lean and Operational Excellence methodologies to deliver breakthrough results.
Standardize processes and best practices across functions to maximize quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
Identify and act on opportunities to eliminate waste, reduce process variation, and enhance productivity at every stage.
Facilitate root cause analysis and drive corrective actions, solving complex issues and fostering reliability within Service and Supply
Promote a culture of problem-solving and continuous enhancement across teams.
Monitor, measure, and report on improvement initiatives, recommending data-driven optimizations.
Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams to implement, sustain, and scale process improvements.
What you will bring:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
Minimum 5 years of project management/leadership experience (preferred).
Strong understanding of business systems such as Oracle (preferred).
Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
Proven excellence in project management, analysis, problem resolution, team-building, judgment, and decision making.
Experience driving process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
Outstanding problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
Superior written and verbal communication abilities.
Successful track record in complex organizations spanning multiple functions and geographies.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
Willingness and ability to travel 15-25% of the time.

Compensation:
Base Pay Range: $110,000-$130,000+
Additional Compensation: 10-15% incentive
