Requirements:
Matric (National Senior Certificate) Relevant training or qualification in automotive service advisory (preferred) Code 8 driver’s licence 1–2 years' experience in a similar automotive service role Solid knowledge of automotive systems, warranty processes, and service plans Strong administrative and organisational skills Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills Ability to manage high volumes (20–25 job cards daily) Proficient in MS Excel and Evolve or similar dealership software Ability to maintain an open WIP of no more than 25 job cards
