Greet customers promptly and professionally, building trust from the first interactionAccurately document customer concerns and translate them into repair ordersCommunicate recommended services and maintenance clearly and confidentlyProvide regular updates on repair status and timelinesCoordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality work completionDeliver an exceptional customer experience that drives retention and CSI scoresWhat We’re Looking For
2+ years of Service Advisor experience (automotive dealership experience preferred)Strong knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance servicesProven ability to meet and exceed sales and customer satisfaction goalsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailValid driver’s license and clean driving recordWe offer the best-in-class industry benefits:

The Annual Estimated Earnings Range is $64,500.00 - $161,800.00.
This is a performance driven position, eligible for short/long term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Commissions off Individual Sales, and Individual Gross Profit, and Bonuses based on Manufacturer Approvability, Customer Pay Labor per RO, and Flat Rate Hours.
