Requirements:

Greet customers and evaluate vehicle performance concerns, maintenance needs, and repair requests

Act as the primary liaison between customers and automotive technicians

Clearly communicate recommended services, repairs, and maintenance needs

Prepare accurate estimates for parts, labor, and services

Open, manage, and close repair orders (ROs) in the dealership service system

Obtain customer approvals and maintain proper documentation

Administer manufacturer warranty repairs when applicable

Keep customers informed on service status, completion times, service specials, and costs

Maintain accurate customer and vehicle service records

Deliver an exceptional customer service experience in a high-volume dealership environment


Qualifications:

Previous Service Advisor experience preferred, but not required

Prior automotive, dealership, or customer service experience is required

Automotive technician or mechanical experience a plus

Basic mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle systems

CDK Experience a plus!

Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced automotive service department

Team-oriented mindset with a positive, professional attitude

Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
