We are seeking a Service Advisor to serve as a frontline customer engagement and consultative sales professional. This role focuses on educating customers about natural‑based plant, lawn, tree, and pest care solutions while delivering a consistent, empathetic, and high‑quality experience across all interactions.
This position blends customer service, problem‑solving, and sales, making it ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, asking thoughtful questions, and guiding them toward the right solutions. No prior industry experience is required—comprehensive, hands‑on training is provided until you are confident and independently productive.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Interaction & Advisory
+ Conduct needs assessments related to lawn, tree, and pest issues
+ Clearly explain natural‑based treatment recommendations
+ Deliver a consistent, positive customer experience on every call
Consultative Sales
+ Recommend service packages tailored to customer needs
+ Close sales in real time or through follow‑up communication
+ Manage commission workflows (upfront and residual)
+ Document interactions and recommendations in the CRM
Team Collaboration
+ Work within a proactive, supportive team environment
+ Communicate professionally via phone, email, and text
+ Participate in coaching, development, and training sessions

Qualifications
Required:
+ Customer-facing experience (phone or in‑person)
+ Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
+ Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Barrington, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
