What You’ll Do

Greet customers and act as the main point of contact throughout the service processListen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issuesRecommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needsPrepare estimates, write repair orders, and explain work clearly and professionallyCommunicate effectively with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairsDeliver an exceptional customer experience that builds trust and loyalty

What We’re Looking For

Previous Service Advisor experience preferred (automotive or dealership experience a plus)Strong customer service and communication skillsAbility to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume environmentBasic automotive knowledge or willingness to learnProfessional appearance and positive attitudeValid driver’s license

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Commissions off Individual Sales and Individual Gross Profit, and bonuses based on Individual Manufacturer Approvability, Customer Pay Labor per RO, and Flat Rate Hours.

The Annual Estimated Earnings Range is $64,500.00 - $161,800.00.
