Why this role matters

The Service Advisor position is one of the most exciting and important roles in our dealership. Customer service isn’t just about providing a service – it’s about building warm, trusted relationships. You’ll act as the key link between the customer and the workshop, ensuring satisfaction levels remain outstanding.

What you’ll be doing

Set customer expectations and keep them updated throughout the service or repair process

Upsell additional products where appropriate

Follow up with customers to ensure they’re delighted with the work carried out

What we’re looking for

Previous customer-facing service experience (essential)

Strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain relationships

Confidence working in a fast-paced environment while meeting targets and deadlines

Previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial, but not essential
