What We’re Looking For:

Brings proven experience in automotive service advising (BMW or other luxury brand experience strongly preferred)Possesses strong upselling skills with a track record of maximizing customer value ethically and transparentlyIs passionate about building relationships and delivering world-class customer serviceDemonstrates excellent product knowledge, especially with BMW vehicles, systems, and maintenance needsExcels in communication, follow-up, and problem-solvingThrives in a high-energy, fast-paced environmentIs driven, coachable, and aligned with Lithia’s core values

What You’ll Do

Greet and assist guests with professionalism and enthusiasmAdvise customers on their vehicle service needs with expertise and clarityWork closely with technicians, parts, and service management to ensure a seamless experienceMaintain meticulous records and follow established processesContribute to the dealership’s growth through exceptional performance and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

Prefer 2 years of experience as a service advisorCommunication skills – communicates effectively with others.Automotive aptitude and knowledge are preferredTime management – managing one’s own time and time of others.Typing – ability to type efficiently in order to enter repair orders.Basic computer & cost calculation skills.Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
