About the role
As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the vital link between our customers and the workshop. This isn’t just about providing a service – it’s about building trusted relationships and ensuring every customer leaves satisfied. You will:

Set clear expectations and keep customers updated throughout their vehicle’s service or repair Upsell additional products and services where appropriate Follow up to ensure customers are delighted with the work carried out

What we’re looking for

Previous customer-facing experience is essential Strong communication skills and a genuine focus on customer care Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet targets Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
