Clearly communicate repair recommendations and service options
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs

Help drive service department performance through strong customer care
What We’re Looking For:
Previous service advisor or automotive experience preferred
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong customer service mindset and positive attitude
