This is a key role in our dealership — you’ll be the link between our customers and our workshop, making sure every person who brings their vehicle to us feels informed, valued, and confident in the service they receive.

What you’ll do

Welcome customers, listen to their needs, and explain clearly how we can help. Keep customers updated while their vehicle is being serviced or repaired. Offer additional products or services when relevant, in a friendly and respectful way. Follow up afterwards to make sure they’re happy with the work done.

What we’re looking for

Previous experience within the role (essential). Full UK driving licence (essential). Strong communication skills — able to explain things clearly and check for understanding. Ability to stay organised, even when it’s busy. A focus on building trust and long-term relationships with customers.
