What You’ll Do:

Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner

Accurately document customer concerns and vehicle issues

Coordinate vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance with technicians

Clearly explain service recommendations and estimates

Maintain communication with customers throughout the repair process

Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience as a service advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role preferred

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask

Knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes a plus

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
