Reporting to the Service Manager, the **Service Administrator & Logistics Clerk** will be the vital link between our customers and our Loveland repair team. In this dynamic dual role, you’ll manage service orders in our ERP system, handle invoicing, and ensure smooth communication with our customers. You will also take ownership of our new dock space by managing all shipping and receiving responsibilities for service orders, inventory, and other essential items. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented person to make a real impact by bridging a key customer service gap and collaborating closely with our skilled repair and tech support teams.
This position is an **hourly** role and is part of the Service Department located in **Loveland, Colorado** , and will be **on-site** Monday through Friday.
**In this role, a typical day will look like:**
+ Checking the email inbox for Service Order requests and creating, quoting, invoicing and closing all service orders for the Loveland location.
+ Assisting with the inbox and phone line when needed as well as being the liaison between the customer and the repair team.
+ Managing Rental and Loaner requests through the service order process.
+ Inventory management including ordering, receiving, cycle counts, monthly audits.
+ Packing, shipping and receiving service orders, inventory and other items as needed domestically and internationally.
+ Scheduling courier pick-ups and contacting couriers when needed.
+ Becoming an ERP expert in Syteline.
**The essential requirements of the job include:**
+ High school Diploma or equivalent
+ 1-2 years in customer service-related role
+ 1-2 years in warehouse related role

This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $20.89 - $31.08 USD per hour.
