Location: Chesapeake, VA (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Experience Required: 1–2 years
Job Overview
The Service Administrator serves as the first point of contact for customers, delivering high-quality customer service while supporting daily service and branch operations. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Communication
+ Greet customers professionally in person and over the phone
+ Build positive relationships with customers and ensure a positive service experience
+ Assess customer needs and gather accurate information
+ Provide basic service or work order status updates, as requested
+ Demonstrate professional phone etiquette
Administrative & Operational Support
+ Create basic work orders in designated systems
+ Scan, upload, and maintain accurate service documentation
+ Enter detailed and accurate notations
+ Support daily service operations and administrative tasks
Team Collaboration
+ Work closely with service technicians, service writers, and branch staff
+ Communicate clearly to ensure customer needs are met
+ Contribute to a respectful, team-oriented work environment

Qualifications
+ 1–2 years of relevant experience
