**General Information:**
The Service Administrator connects local operational support of the service team with strategic support at the regional and global level. Their work enables the smooth operation of service processes.
**Main** **responsibilities** **(** **local** **level):**
+ Processingrequestsfromcustomers and colleagues via e-mails, phone, and internalsystems
+ Checkingtheaccuracy and transfer ofservicetechnicians’ workreports
+ Recording, monitoring, setting up, and maintaining data on sold, loaned, and returnedmedicaldevices in accordancewithcurrentcommercialorservicecontracts
+ Coordinationwithlocalsuppliers and partners (e.g., forcalibrations, tools, serviceactivities)
+ Management ofservicecontracts (record-keeping, updates, support in draftingnewcontracts, invoicing)
+ Onboardingofnewsuppliers and evaluationofexistingtechnicalservicesuppliers
+ Cooperation in organizingmeetings and preparing meeting minutes
+ Organizationofinventoriesofservicetechnicians’ consignmentstock
+ Cooperationwiththeaccounting department on inventoriesofmedicaldevices and servicetools
+ Preparationofpriceoffersforrepairsorotherserviceactivitiesforcustomers

+ Activeparticipation in global and regionalprojects (e.g., implementation and migration to newsystems) and subsequentsharingofbestpracticesamongcountrieswithinthe cluster
+ Cooperation on processanalyses (Power BI, database programs)
+ Preparation and management of data forkey performance indicators (KPIs) in Service Administration
+ Cooperation on processanalyses (e.g., contractcoverage, devicecosts,etc.)
+ Organization and facilitationofregularservicecommunitymeetingsattheregional level
+ Harmonization and streamliningofadministrativeprocessesamongcountrieswithinthe cluster
**Required** **qualifications** **,** **knowledge** **, and** **skills** **:**
+ Secondaryschooleducation
+ Englishat a communicative level (dailywritten and spokencommunication)
+ Goodcommunicationskills, accuracy, responsibility, systematicapproach
+ Very goodknowledgeof MS Office
+ Goodorientation in applications and database programs (SAP, SharePoint, Teams)
