Position: Restaurant Server Department: Premium RestaurantsLocation: Rogers Centre – Ticketmaster Lounge, Level 300Reports To: Premium Services ManagerEmployment Type: Hourly + TipsUnion Affiliation: Premium Food Service CBA Key Responsibilities + Greet and engage guests in a warm, timely, and professional manner. + Present menus and provide accurate information on items, ingredients, and dietary considerations. + Take food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to kitchen and bar staff. + Deliver food and beverages with proper timing, presentation, and temperature. + Monitor guest satisfaction, clear tables, and manage refills as needed. + Process payments via POS system, including bill splitting and accurate tip handling. + Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned sections and service stations. + Communicate guest feedback and service concerns to supervisors promptly. + Adhere to alcohol service policies, including ID verification and drink limits. + Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures. + Complete pre- and post-shift tasks such as restocking, polishing, side duties, and setup/tear-down. + Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to ensure efficient, high-quality service. + Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications + Minimum 18 years of age. + Smart Serve certification required. + Previous experience in a high-volume or premium restaurant strongly preferred. + Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards. + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. + Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. + Capable of lifting/carrying up to 30 lbs. and standing/walking for extended periods, including stairs. + Flexible availability: evenings, weekends, holidays, and all major stadium events (minimum 80% availability required). + Must be legally authorized to work in Canada EMPLOYMENT EQUITY AND ACCESSIBILITY Legends and ASM Global are proud to be equal opportunity employers, committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace that reflects the communities we serve.
