This restriction applies to all candidates for this position. **Primary Responsibilities:** Monitor server infrastructure and respond to alerts promptly. Execute routine checks to ensure server health and performance. Escalate incidents to appropriate teams or individuals as per defined protocols. Collaborate with Level 2 support for issue resolution and documentation. Maintain accurate records of server-related activities and incidents. Assist in implementing and maintaining monitoring tools and systems.
