Miraval Service Assistants are a fundamental part of the Food & Beverage team. This individual maintains the constant organization of service spaces to ensure that all guest experiences exceed expectation. Service Assistants provide support to the F&B team so that all colleagues are able to perform at their best. Service Assistants should be proactive and high energy. This position provides training and knowledge to advance to a Miraval Server. **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:** · Ensure that all server stations are properly stocked before, during, and after service · Ensure that the dish station is properly set up with a dirty linen bag and recycle bin · Provide initial water service to assigned tables · The dining room is properly cleaned and set for each service period · Guest tables are cleaned and reset in a timely manner · Available tables are communicated to the greeter · Server station is kept cleaned and stocked; this includes beverages, condiments, to-go items · Assist in delivering food to guest tables; fulfill Food Runner assignment · Actively pre-bus tables and provide water refills · Polish and restock glassware and silver in down time · Break down dining room at end of service · Dispose of dirty linen and recycling from the dish station at end of shift Miraval is a place where high expectations aren't just met-they're exceeded.
