Responsibilities:
• Assures that all material used by server is clean and ready for daily operation
• Fills and re-fills water glasses and removes any place settings not being used
• Clears dishes located in front of guest upon completion of course
• Clears and resets tables when guests leave, to include but not limited to: changes tablecloth, brushes chairs, places chairs at table, replaces silverware and glassware, and replaces napkins
• Prepare and set all items needed in the restaurant for the preparation of food delivery
• Ensure that all menu items are prepared with exact detail before delivery. Make corrections as needed.
• Assists the server when needed
• Keeps workstations well stocked of items and ingredients
• Clean workstations, takes out trash, and vacuums the dining room
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance
• Regular and reliable attendance
• Performs other duties as required

Education and Experience Requirements:
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one-month related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to read and speak English may be required in order to perform the duties of the job

Working Conditions:
• Frequently stands, walks and sits
• Regularly uses hands, pushes, pulls, reaches with arms and hands, talks and listens
• Occasionally climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crawls, crouches
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, carry trays above the head with plates of food, work indoor/outdoor environment
• Frequently works with cleaning supplies and chemicals
• Noise level is moderate
• Position requires flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays

Compensation:
$17 - $20 per hour (Depending on Experience)
