Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service.   Job Summary The Server is responsible for providing exceptional dining service to club members and their guests in a professional, courteous, and timely manner. Servers at the country club uphold high standards of hospitality, food presentation, and service while creating a welcoming and refined dining experience consistent with the club’s traditions and values.   Key Responsibilities: Greet members and guests promptly and courteously, using member names when possible Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar Serve food and beverages in accordance with club standards and proper etiquette Demonstrate thorough knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and beverage offerings Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests or concerns Ensure tables are properly set, maintained, and cleared Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned service areas Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines Handle payments, member charges, and point-of-sale systems accurately Assist with banquets, private events, and special club functions as needed Work collaboratively with kitchen, bar, and service staff to ensure smooth operations   Qualifications & Skills: Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred (country club or fine dining a plus) Strong customer service and communication skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of proper dining etiquette and service techniques Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
