The ideal candidate will have at least two years of serving experience, a guest-focused mindset, strong communication and beverage knowledge, upselling skills, POS proficiency, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Hotel experience is a plus.
 

 

Shift Pattern: AM shift with typical hours from 5:30 AM to 1:30 PM. Full availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays is required. Open availability to support mid and PM shifts is also necessary, as this is a union position.

Pay Rate: $12.62 per hour

What will I be doing?

As a Food Server, you would be responsible for serving food and/or beverages to guests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient mannerEnsure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specialsTake guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale systemRetrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely mannerEnsure guest satisfaction throughout the meal serviceServe alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulationsEnsure serving station is well-stocked at all times
