With the reopening of Frolik Kitchen + Cocktails, the team is seeking a PM Server who is able to deliver a world class experience and make the stay for our guests! The newly renovated restaurant will showcase a Pacific Northwest menu and refreshing craft cocktails. Don't miss out on your chance to be a part of a team that was ranked #1 on Great Places to Work!
The ideal candidate will have the following:
A minimum of 1-2 years' experience as a server in a high volume or upscale restaurant
The ability to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays
Excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Previous hotel experience is a huge plus!
Shift Pattern: Evening shifts with a start time around 3pm
Pay Rate: $16.66/hour + applicable gratuities
What will I be doing?
As a Server, you would be responsible for serving food and/or beverages to guests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials
Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations
Ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times
