SEO & Search Campaign Manager

Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Search Marketing & ABO Specialist with 6–8 years of experience in managing complex search marketing programs across multiple verticals. The ideal candidate is data-driven, performance-focused, and adept at balancing both organic and paid search strategies to achieve measurable business impact. This role requires deep expertise in Search Campaign Marketing, including keyword strategy, audience targeting, campaign automation, and bid optimization (ABO). You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, execute, and optimize campaigns that drive growth, efficiency, and ROI. JOB RESPONSIBILITIESExpertise in Set up, traffic & manage programmatic campaigns across Campaign Manager 360 (Must Have)Manage complex setups in Adserver such as CM 360 and excellent knowledge in troubleshooting issues.Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of SEO and paid search campaigns across multiple platforms.Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies focused on on-page, off-page, and technical optimization.Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and content gap assessments to identify growth opportunities.Optimize website architecture, internal linking, and metadata to improve search engine visibility and crawlability.Collaborate with developers and content teams to enhance site performance, mobile responsiveness, and Core Web Vitals.Plan and manage ABO strategies to improve efficiency, targeting accuracy, and conversion rates for paid search campaigns.Analyze campaign performance and deliver insights that inform optimization strategies and cross-channel initiatives.Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes, platform innovations, and emerging technologies.Manage reporting dashboards and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders and leadership teams.QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS 6–8 years of experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), and ABO campaign management.Demonstrated success in improving organic rankings, CTR, and lead generation through strategic SEO practices.Strong knowledge of technical SEO, including site speed optimization, structured data, and indexing best practices.Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Campaign Manager.Expertise in keyword planning, bidding strategy, ad testing, and conversion tracking.Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable business recommendations.Experience managing search budgets and delivering ROI-driven results.Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.Google Ads, Analytics, or SEO certifications preferred.
