Kforce has a client that is seeking a SEO Manager II in San Diego, CA.
Responsibilities:
Social & Organic Search Execution & Optimization:
* Implement comprehensive, full-funnel social search strategies, applying best practices for keywords and trending topics on platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Reddit
* Create and optimize content for effective ranking in social search queries, leveraging platform algorithms and SEO insights
* Continuously monitor shifts in search behaviors, algorithm updates, and emerging AI/LLM environments to adapt and optimize content performance
* Manage core SEO elements and technical SEO health for the TurboTax Blog
Content Program Management:
* Oversee the end-to-end content production workflow for social and organic search, from ideation and calendar management to publication and ongoing optimization (updates, refreshes, etc.)
* Collaborate closely with the Principal Content Strategist to ensure all content initiatives align with the overarching content strategy and maintain a consistent brand voice and message
* Identify and integrate opportunities for evergreen, timely, and trending content for target audiences, including Gen Z and small business owners
Cross-Channel Content Coordination & Impact:
* Execute organic social media content strategies focused on driving engagement through trendspotting and a "search everywhere" approach
* Partner with social media, PR, and other communications leads to ensure a unified editorial calendar and seamless content flow across channels
* Implement strategic link-building initiatives and leverage earned media backlinks to enhance the authority and search ranking of owned content, contributing to overall brand reputation
