JLL is seeking an experienced SEO and AI Search leader to architect our EMEA search strategy across traditional search engines and emerging generative platforms. 

What You'll Do:

Lead EMEA SEO & AI visibility initiatives, translating global strategy and optimization frameworks for regional execution 

Advance technical SEO excellence through site audits and recommendations to improve site architecture, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and international SEO 

Own EMEA SEO development roadmap, balancing global priorities with local business needs 

Educate regional content teams about how to produce authoritative content optimized for AI-generated answers and conversational search platforms 

Provide EMEA dashboards and insights  

What You Bring:

3-5 years SEO experience, including international and multi-market strategy 

Deep technical SEO expertise: understanding of entity relationships, interlinking and canonicalization strategy, Core Web Vitals, schema, and hreflang, robots.txt 

Experience supporting large-scale organic growth across traditional search and AI/LLM discovery channels 

Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams 

Passion for AI-driven discovery and SEO, keeping up with trends and insights from SEO industry experts and algorithm updates 

Bonus Points:

B2B/enterprise/SaaS experience 

Interest in AI Search Optimization 

Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager, SEO tools (Screaming Frog, BrightEdge), and enterprise content ecosystems
