Northrop Grumman Defense Systems (NGDS) is seeking a Manager Quality 3 located at the Roy, UT for the Sentinel Program.

What you will get to do:

Responsible for supplier project performance planning, risk management, technical quality, schedule and accountability.Develops, modifies, applies and maintains quality evaluation and control systems and protocols for processing to ensure suppliers meet program requirements.Collaborates with engineering and manufacturing functions to ensure quality standards are in place.Designs and analyzes inspection and testing processes, mechanisms and equipment; conducts quality assurance tests; and performs statistical analysis to assess the cost of and determine the responsibility for, products or materials that do not meet required standards and specifications.Coordinates Audit of quality systems for deficiency identification and correction.Ensures that corrective measures meet acceptable reliability standards and that documentation is aligned with requirements.Act with agility to business needs and interact in collaborative way to empower diverse, cross functional teams, including both internal and external members to achieve positive business results, including operating decisions, scheduling requirements and contractual clarification.May specialize in the areas of design, incoming material, production control, product evaluation and reliability, inventory control and/or research and development as they apply to product or process quality.May be certified in lean and six-sigma quality engineering methodologies.

This positions standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience or an additional 4 years of experience in lieu of degreeMinimum of 3 years in a formal management position.Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret ClearanceMust be able to be successfully screened for Enhanced Security Clearances, within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the company to meet its business needs

Primary Level Salary Range: $122,800.00 - $184,200.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
