**🌟 Sensory Lab Coordinator – Food Science** **📍 Onsite | Solon, OH | 🕒 Full-Time, M–F, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM |** Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking a **Sensory Lab Coordinator** to manage and maintain a sensory laboratory environment, supporting sensory testing and training activities. In this role, you will ensure the lab operates smoothly, maintain compliance with good laboratory practices, and serve as the primary point of contact for Sensory Technicians during test execution. **_This position is ideal for candidates with a background in food science, chemistry, biology, or a related field who enjoy working in a collaborative, hands-on lab setting._** **📍 Location:** Solon, OH (Onsite) **🗓 Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM **💲 The anticipated pay rate is between $27-$29.12/hr.** _Hourly rate may depend on Hourly wage may depend upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors_ **Sensory Lab Management** • Ensure safe laboratory practices and compliance with all applicable standards • Maintain and calibrate sensory equipment and facilities • Manage inventory and order supplies for uninterrupted lab operations • Develop and update sensory lab procedures and best practices documentation • Support initiatives to improve sensory lab practices **Sensory Testing & Training Support** • Manage product reception, storage, inventory, and disposal • Assist in creating sensory tests using specialized software • Coordinate test execution with Sensory Specialists and Technicians • Support sensory training sessions, glossary development, and panel instructions • Help organize and execute training activities for employees **Panel Management & Reporting** • Assist in recruiting sensory panelists and setting up equipment for new members • Prepare monthly utilization reports for services provided to business partner **s** **Qualifications** • Bachelor’s degree in food science, Biology, Chemistry, or related field (Sensory Science coursework is a plus) • 2+ years of experience in a lab environment (academic or professional; sensory lab experience preferred) • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook; sensory software experience is a plus • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities • Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment • Flexible to adjust hours as business needs require **📩** **_Apply Now to launch your career in a role where science meets innovation!_** Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
