Job Description:

Parsons is looking for a talented Project/Product Manager to join our growing team! In this role you will manage customer requirements and to provide technical oversight to a broad team of developers creating a complex set of software and hardware solutions.

What You'll Be Doing:

Provide leadership, technical expertise, and project management to meet customer requirementsManage the development and delivery of software and hardware product releases and updates according to customer delivery scheduleCommunicate with stakeholders and guide and evaluate deliverables

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Active TS/SCI with CI PolyBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university 8+ years of experience in software development or software development managementExperience developing or managing development on DoD programsExperience developing work plans and milestones based on customer requirementsKnowledge of and familiarity with secure software development life cycle, principles and standardsExperience working with small to medium enterprise business solutions beyond the standard development role.Familiarity with the CI/CD concepts, practice and implementation

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

Experience with implementing enterprise business solutions utilizing Agile methodologies, DevSecOps tools, AWS / GCP cloud native services, COTS solutions, Emerging technologies, Cyber Security Architecture and Engineering, Enterprise IT OperationsKnowledge of or experience with modeling and simulation tools

Security Clearance Requirement:

An active Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph security clearance is required for this position.​

Salary Range: $167,400.00 - $314,500.00
