Full Time Hours: 37.5 per week
Full Time Salary: £32,002.35 - £34,214.20 dependent on experience, pro rata for part time hours
Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
Responsibilities Create Transformative Relationships
Engage in empathetic one-on-one sessions employing a variety of approaches. Your method will encourage positive change and prioritise safety through personalised sessions.
Effective Planning and SupportThoughtfully develop tailored action plans for individuals on probation, adjusting the intensity as per their needs. Ensure accurate updates in the National Probation Service Customer Approved System for seamless monitoring.
Empowerment Through ConnectionGather comprehensive feedback, closely collaborate with Probation Practitioners, and address absences promptly. Perform risk assessments and manage potential risks by connecting individuals to community support agencies.
Innovate for Lasting ImpactEmbrace creativity and adaptability, especially in supporting underrepresented communities. Respect confidentiality while nurturing trustworthy therapeutic relationships.
What You Bring:
2 years of experience in criminal justice, substance misuse, or social care settings.A passion for conducting therapeutic psychosocial interventions.Commitment to multi-agency collaboration and partnership building.In-depth knowledge of challenges faced by offenders.Proficiency in leading and managing groups or pods.
