If so, we're on the lookout for an experienced Senior Recovery Cordinator to join our Dependency & Recovery Service in Kent.

As a Dependency & Recovery Coordinator, working in the Kent Prisons HMP Elmley, HMP Rochester & HMP Cookham Wood assessing individuals and delivering psychosocial interventions to those in custody prior to relaease.

Where: Maidstone

Full Time Hours: 37.5 per week

Full Time Salary: £32,002.35 - £34,214.20 dependent on experience, pro rata for part time hours

 

 

Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.

 

Responsibilities Create Transformative Relationships

Engage in empathetic one-on-one sessions employing a variety of approaches. Your method will encourage positive change and prioritise safety through personalised sessions.

Effective Planning and Support

Thoughtfully develop tailored action plans for individuals on probation, adjusting the intensity as per their needs. Ensure accurate updates in the National Probation Service Customer Approved System for seamless monitoring.

Empowerment Through Connection

Gather comprehensive feedback, closely collaborate with Probation Practitioners, and address absences promptly. Perform risk assessments and manage potential risks by connecting individuals to community support agencies.

Innovate for Lasting Impact

Embrace creativity and adaptability, especially in supporting underrepresented communities. Respect confidentiality while nurturing trustworthy therapeutic relationships.

 

 

What You Bring:

 

2 years of experience in criminal justice, substance misuse, or social care settings.A passion for conducting therapeutic psychosocial interventions.Commitment to multi-agency collaboration and partnership building.In-depth knowledge of challenges faced by offenders.Proficiency in leading and managing groups or pods.
