Senior Workday Analyst - HiredScore & Talent Management and Performance

You’ll lead with purpose, breaking down barriers to innovation in a more connected, compassionate world. **A Day in the Life** The Senior Workday Support Analyst with focus areas of HiredScore and Workday Talent Management and Performance support is a dual-role position is responsible for managing and optimizing the HiredScore platform, ensuring seamless integration with Workday Talent Management and Performance, and providing technical support for talent processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of talent management technologies and system administration working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance employee development, performance management, and internal mobility while driving operational efficiency. This position will receive indirect work direction from the Workday lead analyst for each respective domain area. The HiredScore Application Administrator expert is responsible for the optimization, support, and maintenance of the organization's HiredScore AI for Recruiting platform. This role ensures seamless operation of AI-driven talent acquisition workflows, prioritizing system performance, data integrity, and user support. **Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. HiredScore Application Administration:** + Serve as the support administrator for the HiredScore platform, overseeing its configuration, maintenance, and ongoing optimization. + Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, resolving issues promptly to ensure minimal disruption to hiring operations. + Configure, test, and implement system updates and enhancements, and partner with HRIT for any integration changes that impact Workday Recruiting. + Provide technical support to recruiters and stakeholders on HiredScore functionalities. + Analyze system usage and provide recommendations for improving adoption and efficiency. + Maintain documentation, including system configurations, workflows, and troubleshooting guides for the technical team. **Workday Talent Management and Performance Analyst Support:** + Support the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Workday Talent Management and Performance, ensuring alignment with business needs and best practices. + Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, collaborating with the HRIT team as needed to ensure seamless talent management operations. + Partner with Talent Management, HR, and business leaders to gather requirements and implement process improvements within Workday Talent Management. + Manage talent management workflows, templates, and settings to ensure compliance and efficiency across the organization. + Stay up to date on Workday releases and new functionalities, evaluating their impact and recommending adoption strategies to enhance talent management processes. **Required Knowledge and Experience:** + Must have full time Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University. + Overall 8-12years of experince. + 4+ years of Human Capital Management systems to include HiredScore and/or Workday Talent Management and Performance configuration experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years HiredScore or Workday Talent Management and Performance application configuration experience. + Written and verbal English language proficiency **NICE TO HAVE** + HiredScore configuration experience + Workday Pro or Partner certification for Talent Management + Experience implementing Workday + Experience working cross-functionally + Demonstrated critical thinking, ability to collaborate, analyze data & systems, generate ideas, and set high standards focusing on the customer while fostering diversity & inclusion in everything that you do. + Strong communicator & problem solver with the ability to handle multiple competing priorities. + Strong attention to detail and possess a technical aptitude. **Physical Job Requirements** The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.  **Benefits & Compensation** **Medtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits Package** A commitment to our employees lives at the core of our values.
